Is colorless a color?

My freibd says yes,but I think he is wrong.
Can anyone define colorless?

Keyeto

Colorless is not a color. The five colors are red, blue, black, green, and white. Colorless is the lack of any of those colored mana, and cannot be declared as a color.

And for reference, Rules 107.4 and 202.1 (and all their subsections) deal with color. Check them out if you want all the information about defining a card's color.

So,for example Iwant to run a {Moonlace} cloud on my creatures to protect the from, let's say {All is Dust}.They won't get affected?

Correct. The target will no longer have a color, and will be safe.
