Today was the day of my first 5k.
Overall pretty satisfied. Pretty though course with plenty of climbs and descends in the midsection.
Still finished in about 32 minutes (which is averaging about 7mph).

In 3 weeks I run again on a flat course. If the weather is like it was yesterday there's good odds on a 30-ish.
