And this is what tilts me so hard about team games. You have to be beyond good to carry shitty teams. You can go 12/1/10 in League or have a 2.0 KDR in CS:GO but if your team is .poo. you lose anyways, and get demoted for it.

Very demotivating.

I miss the spring anime's Summer is always so lack luster. If it wasn't for Re:Zero I'd be bummed out completely!

Well the premise of SAO was that he was stuck in hyper-realistic video game. The premise of Re:Zero is he is in another world all together. One where he isn't the best "player" ever like SAO.

Yes and I think it gives other characters more time to shine besides the main protagonist. Plus it's no fun when you can win every time!
