You are right, in the real world impact is more important than intention. However intentions are still very important. That's the difference between an accident and first degree murder.

The intentions do not exists from the point of view of the real world, you cannot prove or disprove intentions. I'm contemplating change of EULA for iMtG Plus. Plus is for 17+ old adults, iMtG is for everyone**. If you are young and still relatively less experienced* then I do not expect much of you. However, past a certain point you should grow up and if you are unable to sign standard Apple EULA as the commentary to Ultimate Law as the EULA for iMtG Plus, then perhaps you should use somebody else's art?

The point is to have real legal catch for people like Kuberr who steal from us, so that when Ultimate Law non-profit gets funding we can pursue legal action agains them.

No it will expand the community, as we will have additional boards where only iMtG Plus users, who are automatically assumed to be mature, could operate. For example, everyone could moderate their own threads there. I do nothing for the community, I'm part of the community so if I improve the experience for myself, it improves for the community too. This is how free market works in reality. Makers don't give a .poo., they just make best products they can for themselves and share it with polite people. Who pay.
