Legendary creature: Vampire shaman
Tap pay WBR: return target permenant from your graveyard with converted mana cost 5 or less to your hand

Another fun one is

Drive by              4
Artifact
Tap: drive by deals 3 damage to target creature or player
Drive by doesnt untap at your untap step
Pay 4: untap drive by
