Could someone link me to the database the card rulings are pulled from? When I bust this bad boy out to explain what just happened to their face, I want to be able to trace this app to the official listing.

The card rulings are pulled directly from the Gatherer's Rulings and Oracle text.  This is the word of the mothership itself.

Bonus info: checked the gathering to make sure you weren't the other purple dot in VA before calling you that. Prepared for emergencies

BJ, beej, and other similar derivatives are all acceptable.  Just don't call me by an "occupation" or "job" if you will.  Only my elder sister is allowed that.
