If I have a {Márton Stromgald} in play and attack with three other creatures then use a {Relentless Assault} do the creatures get +8 or still just +4

They would get +3 the first time, and additional +3 the second time. Whenever he attacks, his buff is applied, and it doesn't wear off until the end of the turn.

Wouldn't they only get +3/+3 because they don't get +1/+1 for {Márton Stromgald} right?
