Although I don't advocate mill decks (just too slow for me) I will suggest you upping the amount if lands in your deck. If you ever hope to cast cards like  {Consuming Aberration} you'll need probably around 23 lands.

I'll second this needs more land

More lands but less guild gates if possible. You are slowing down a mill deck even more with so many gates
