Kaalia of the Vast, Rakdos the Defiler

So here is my question, would rakdos trigger the sac half permanents portion of his attack trigger when placed on the battlefield by Kali's while Kalia is attacking? The question is regarding both for the attackers permanents and the defenders.

This is what I thought too, seems like it could be a pretty good combo in a  {Kaalia of the Vast} edh deck
