Can imprinted cloudshift create a swarm of ETB effects at once? Plus, it's one less than using isocron sceptor. And can that remove your opponents creatures? And keep them off the battlefield for a while? And you can flicker the {helvault} so you don't have to destroy it. Also, I think there are more cards that are synergistic with it

Mikefrompluto

Do you realize how long it would take to setup a one turn game winner with nothing but ETB creatures? Unless youre playing against a potato, you'd be dead before you got there.

I'm sure there are cards that could help to tap and untap {helvault} multipule times a turn. And +1 for the potato comment. It made me laugh

Maybe just suggnificant chunks instead of the whole dang cake?

Edit: I've always liked trying to find uses for the cards no one likes. It's fun

Mikefrompluto

I do too. My go-to deck right now is a {worldfire} deck.

Birdbrain

Oh! Exile some creatures with haste with {helvault} and drop a {world fire}

The beauty of it is they don't even have to be haste creatures. Since your opponent has no hand and only gets one draw, they're dead even if they draw a land.

Edit: That wouldnt work. {Helvault} has to be put into a graveyard. With {worldfire}, its exiled, never reaching the GY.

Birdbrain

The could even be dead the moment your dropped {world fire} if the creature had a ETB damage opponent effect

Mikefrompluto

{Bloodhunter bat} or {geralf's messenger}. Too bad {helvault} has to be put into a GY to work right.

Um. Why not just flicker {helvault}?

Mikefrompluto

Read the card, bruh. It's a "put into the graveyard" effect. Not a "leave the battlefield" effect.

Um. Why not just flicker {helvault}?
Because in the instance that is being talked about here with world fire, if you flicker helvault then it will come back, return all the creatures. Then world fire resolves and exiles everything.

And there's that too. I was mainly talking about the fact that it has to be destroyed. Exiling it also exiles the creatures that it exiled forever.

Birdbrain

Oh. It says graveyard in the text...
