If I have an  {Evil Twin} that copied a  {Thundermaw Hellkite} (just as an example). And then I play a  {Cackling Counterpart} and copy my  {Evil Twin} will it be the evil twin that is copied as a Thundermaw? Or can I name another creature on the battle field?

By the time you can play (and target) the evil twin, it will already be a hellkite with the extra stuff about killing the original.
