Flashback

Hi all, I'm new to this great game and hope you can help. Is there a card in standard that would allow me to give flashback to an enchantment that does not have it?

An enchantment? I'm afraid not, nothing can flashback an enchantment, only instants or Sorceries can be given flashback with cards like {snapcaster Mage} and {past in flames}. There are plenty of cards that can let you return an enchantment from your graveyard into your hand though, just not directly onto the battlefield. {Treasured Find} or {Creeping Renaissance} for example.

Are there cars that return a permanent to the battlefield?

I thought one of the angles returned enchantments to the battlefield.

That would be good in a deck with lots of "sacrifice creature" effects and death trigger effects
