That's not bad actually, but the Staff doesn't give infinite pump as well. With Umbral you tap for InfiniteX, then use the excess to make your other dudes infinite/infinites as well, then they usually have Trample thanks to {Bramblewood Paragon}, gg.

True but with staff u can draw half a deck draw  {Emrakul, the Aeons Torn}, cast it put bambilion elves on table and gg...;) and  {Ezuri, Renegade Leader} gives u the trample...;)

But ur idea works the same good way... Only I simply like the staff...:D

It is really good actually, lol. If end up being able to keep this deck I may use it in the future, it's a brutal card

I am glad to give u another one possible win condition option...;)

I love elves...:D Play them on modern, Legacy and now if I will be able to assemble standard ones then even on standard...:D

Of course there are always cards like  {Regal Force} that u could play as well...:D 1 piece in the deck could help u with drawing... I hate DCI for banning  {Glimpse of Nature} in modern... Sigh...

Don't get me started on Glimpse, I want that card for this deck soooo bad! Although other decks would abuse it a little more I think.

Exactly, there's a very good reason for it, I just wish it wasn't so 😞

whitedrake

Tsss still cannot see that good reason... I see only weird reason supporting money card decks...:D the same thing is  {Green Sun's Zenith}...:D

My girlfriend piloted this deck extremely well this weekend, my buddy tipped me off to some sick sideboard tech for Tron though, {Thornweald Archer}!!! He wrecks Emmy so hard!

whitedrake

Oh I love that guy as well..;) he is real libe saver...;) Bcs I did not play when FS was out I discovered him bcs of DotP 2013 and I fall in love with that tiny skillful elf...;) he is in many of my sideboards...:D

I have him in my EDH, I didn't think about how he 1-hit KO's Emmy though!

U can go infinite with {staff of domination} archdruid and any other 4 elves. You tap the archdruid for 5 then abuse the tap ad untap a creature ability on staff to get infinite mana ten life and finally draws.

Also recommend green suns zenith.

That's the idea with {Umbral Mantle}, but the Mantle allows a free pump essentially because it equips for 0, and it requires less Elves to go Infinite. Also {Green Sun's Zenith} is banned in Modern.

Hi how do you get infinite mana, don't really understand  {Umbral Mantle} at all. 😭
In order to pull it off you need:
- {Elvish Archdruid} in play with at least 3 other elves.
- Then you equip {Umbral Mantle} to Archdruid, and then tap him to add 4 {G} (Or more, depending on how many elves are in play
- Then you use the Mantle's ability to untap Archdruid for just {3}, then you tap him again and add {4}, do this over and over again and you get infinite mana, while at the same time, pumping your Archdruid for +2/+2 each time he untaps.

- Also, because of the fact that {Umbral Mantle}'s equip cost is 0, you can then proceed to equip it to all of your other Elves, and Untap them infinite times, making your guys Power and Toughness Infinite/Infinite, and usually, thanks to {Bramblewood Paragon}, a majority of your X/X guys will have Trample, so they can't be chump blocked.

- And, if you have an {Imperious Perfect} in play, you can slap the Mantle on her after making infinite mana, and then make Infinite Elves as well by using her own ability.

- Finally, if you have {Elvish Archdruid} in play with at least 2 other Elves, you can use {Umbral Mantle} to tap and untap him infinite times without producing any excess mana just to make Archdruid infinitely large and potentially win very very early.

The described combo is only a ridiculous infinite win that this deck holds, and is no way the way this deck wins, this deck is EXTREMELY aggressive, and applies a ton of pressure even without the Mantle.
