My rdw deck does great on cockatrice and fails irl

When I play my red deck wins with a splash white for boros charm, it does
Great on cockatrice, but in real life like fnm I pile shuffle 1 time then shuffle regularly , then pile shuffle again, then shuffle regularly, then he cuts my deck.
The first time I pile shuffle I use piles of 5, then do piles of 8.

Any reasons why u think this is happening

Maybe you opponents at fnm are more skilled player.  Or people on coctrice are testing decks so your play an unfinished deck

Your right because I didn't read that that wa your problem in your original post. Do you use sleeves?do you hold on to your cards all the time while playing?

Can you post your deck list? We might be able to see what the problem is there. Or it might just be your shuffling... Bad luck also
