I really need help getting this deck down to 60 cards! I have too many creatures but I really don't know which to remove. Any help and reasoning for choices would be greatly appreciated!

Also sorry that there are no links to the cards I'm pretty new to this.

So, if you go to the deck builder feature of this app, you can add cards easily and make a whole deck! Then when you are done, press Tools > Gathering, and it will show up in whatever section you made the deck (Standard, EDH, etc.).

One quick word of advice: take a look at 4-ofs in your deck. If you will always be happy to see a card, even in your opening hand, it could be a 4 of. If you don't always want to see it, but it's a key part, maybe look at 3 copies. If it's a card itended only for late game use, and is not really the engine of the deck, perhaps only 2 copies are needed. In rare cases, after tweaking the deck a lot, you might find a 1-of actually makes a noticable difference. Just experiment! If you want consistency, 4-ofs and 3-ofs make a deck. The key is to decide which ones to max out on and which ones to hold back on.

Alright dude, from what cards were given, this is what I came up with:

Golgari Beatdown (Generic Name)

60 cards, 0 sideboard

4 {Evolving Wilds}
8 {Swamp}
4 {Golgari Guildgate}
8 {Forest}

24 Lands

4 {Slitherhead}
4 {Daggerdrome Imp}
4 {Vampire Nighthawk}
4 {Dreg Mangler}
4 {Desecration Demon}
2 {Deadbridge Goliath}
2 {Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord}
2 {Necropolis Regent}

26 Creatures

4 {Rancor}

Bread & Butter

2 {Vraska the Unseen}
2 {Golgari Charm}
2 {Jarad's Orders}

6 Other Things

First and foremost, you had a sweet idea on this deck! Having 4 {Rancor} is never a bad start, and so I tried to capitalize on that card specifically.

-I dropped a lot of the clunky stuff, and after deliberation dropped {Corpsejack Menace} altogether. Not saying he is a bad card, just with the amount of scavenge already present and the {Necropolis Regent}, and let's not forget our buddy {Rancor}, I really don't think he is necessary.

-Kept almost all of the Fliers, mainly because evasion is very very good, and the fact that almost all of them gain you life is never a bad thing, and with a counter or 2, and a {Rancor} (I just really love this card), they turn into a threat very quickly. Also I have a huge card crush on Nighthawk, lol. Regent at the top-end is also extremely brutal, you almost always untap and win, because your whole team has more power, and she's not too bad herself.

-Still not sold on {Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord} in this deck, ONLY because of the manabase, throwing in a playset {Evolving Wilds} couldn't hurt, especially because besides {Slitherhead}, your turn 1 is almost always going to be a Land drop, pass. His mana cost is just a little bit brutal. Correction, I'm adding a 4-of {Evolving Wilds}, because it will help you cast your double mana guys easier, and getting to drop Jarad seems good, especially if you want to cycle your {Rancor}s, get a Scavenger in the Graveyard, or simply dodge a {Searing Spear} by sacking your dude in response and hitting their face. He also protects himself this way.

-I kept in {Vraska, the Unseen} because she kills other Permanents, having a {Vindicate} is never bad!

-Final note, this is just a suggestion, and based on your initial card pool posted, you more than likely have a few lying around. I'd swap out {Jarad's Orders} for {Grisly Salvage}, hear me out. Salvage accomplishes nearly the exact same thing your trying to do with Orders, for 2 less mana, allowing you to cast your {Dreg Mangler} much easier, it also has the potential to fill up your graveyard with Scavenge guys, ALSO it's a mana fixer! Because let's be honest, we really want to see {Deadbridge Goliath} in the Graveyard so we can make your 4/3 {Vampire Nighthawk} equipped with a {Rancor} a 9/8, am I right? Haha, but I'd seriously consider it, it would also make your mana curve a lot nicer, replacing a turn-4, a turn you'd much rather be casting a bomb, with an Instant speed, end of their turn 2-3 move, that grabs your turn 4 bomb, seems really nice. If you decide to go the Salve route, I'd go with 3, and drop a single {Desecration Demon} in addition to the Orders, it will fix the curve even more. Hope this helps you out dude!
