Choosing Boros does not guarantee you a  {Boros Charm}... Or any good Boros cards really. I learned that the hard way at the midnight pre-release. In fact, 3 people I played against who were NOT Boros got  {Firemane Avenger}... So that's awesome.

One guy who was Simic at my table got BOTH Planeswalkers and  {Obzedat, Ghost Council} in his 6 packs. So lame. Haha

Gruul kicked a** at prerelease

I went 5-2 Simic, 1st round I lost to a Boros deck with extremely good topdecks, second round I lost to a pretty solid Orzhov decks, the games were so grindy, game 3 I dealt 20 damage and he ended with 20 life... He didn't touch me the whole game. Actually game 1 he didn't touch me at all either, lol. After that I just kinda wrecked everyone, some of teh games were close but my Simic pull was insane, all of my Rares were playable.
