What is Price: List?

I am wondering what the significance is of the Price: List in the binder display option is...
Price: sell and Price: buy are pretty much self explanatory. Low, avarage and high prices when selling or buying...
So what prices does Price: List show?

You can set the factors in main menu -> Settings.

It modifies list prices.

There is one list for selling cards,
There is one for buying.

What is the third one for?

Maybe I didn't make it clear: there is only one price list. There are 3 different price factors: Lists, Buy and Sell. These factors are used through the app to modify displayed price accordingly.
