Budget or top tier?

Probably some where in the middle. Have some zombie apocalypse, unbreathing hordes and army if the damned coming my way

None of those are usually played. In budget {Undead Alchemist}, {Grimgrin, Corpse-Born}, and {Diregraf Captain} are the all stars and then top teir focuses on {Geralf's Messenger} and {Gravecrawler}.

Perhaps I was confused on what was meant by budget and top tier, I thought it was referring to price. Still not clear on the difference between the two, some clarification would be nice

Price is the bug decider, but also what places high at grand prixs.

Budget - Effective, yet usually lacking (cheap)
Top Tier - High placing, usually resulting in more expensive cards (costly)
