Decay counters sound more green/black so I'd make the planeswalker Junk. {W}{B}{G}

All-Mana Mania

Yea I was thinking that but it would limit it playability in decks. But if they do make wedge colors in a set, this'll be perfect

Agrus Kos, Enforcer of Truth

You could pull it off as {G}{B} because {G} has some life gain.

Look at the top four cards of your library. You may reveal a creature or land card and put it in your hand. Put the rest at the bottom of your library. The next time a creature or land card enters the battlefield this turn. Gain 2 life, and draw a card.
I really liked this one until the draw card. It went from very good uncommon to broken powerful mythic.
how do you suggest changing it?

Ok cool. I was trying to go for greens wanting to just sit back and look for answers right in front of it. To find knowledge that's already there. And green does have draw like {elvish visionary} but yea, I now can see how the original was grossly overpowered. Nets you two cards for two, and gives you two life?

(Just for fun since I just beat Megaman X)
Rolling shield {3}
This card comes into play with 10 shield charge counters
{2}Tap remove a shield charge counter: Target creature becomes indestructible until end of turn and creatures your opponent control may only attack this creature

If creature(s) attack target creature you may remove a shield counter to divide damage among the creature(s) equal to your life total (this effect only happens once per turn)

~This shield will keep you safe from all incoming attacks~

The last part is kinda like once you get attacked how the shield runs out.

Creatures dont attack eachother in magic.

Birdbrain- im glad you saw where I was coming from on that. I realize I might seem a little critical of your ideas sense I have commented on so many of them. I only comment because I like the idea, the criticism is because you tend to package great ideas in overpowered shells.

Learning the grey zone between good and overpowered is very difficult, especially when you additionally acount for the over all intended meta. For example I am working on a pokemon set with my teammate and rightfully so the set will be very creature heavy, this means a card like {supreme verdict} would be downright broken in the metagame of the set.

Birdbrain

Kaelo: I enjoy critisicm and wish more people would critisise my ideas. I suppose I should watch the power level of my ideas in magic. Makes me rethink the cyborgs I'm putting in my set. Basically they can't attack unless equipped or enchanted. And if they have two or more equipment and/or auras. They gain an effect/ability

Enchantment

Whenever you cast a spell, or attack or block with a creature, or activate a ability, or an ability on a permanent you control is activated, scry 1

Whenever a non-land permanent you control becomes tapped, put a charge counter on CARDNAME.

Remove five charge counters from CARDNAME: untap all non-land permanents you control. Then, draw a card
