My friends and I will yell out "mana tithe" when someone taps out or spends alot to play an expensive card. Backstory: friend played {prince of thralls} and taps out. I play {mana tithe} to screw him over. He plays {mental mistep} by giving up two life. I play another mana tithe on mental mistep. He threw his cards into the air. So royally piss someone off from now on, we yell mana tithe, even if we aren't running white. 😝😜

Lol we have something like that. Someone taps at least 5 mana we all start Going "oh .poo., what now?, wtf are u pullin out of ur ass?" then just set our cards down and just lean back and flip the friend off

We do that to! But not with tithe. And then when someone is attacking we go "Maze" for {Maze of Ith} and sometimes we do this with basic land to see who is paying attention. There are only two of us who play with maze and only one does consistently.

That same person is notorious for having a mean Dimir deck with {Hedron Crabs} in it. For a while, wherever he played a land (in any color deck} he'd say "landfall" and people would automatically start milling 3. XD

HAHAHA!  I do that too!  Except, if some cast something I don't like, I'll just mutter "Countered."  Even if I'm playing mono-red with no cards in hand.    But every once in a while, I really will counter it, so it's almost like the boy who cried wolf. 

@Quackmaster5: I have a similar story.  I don't normally play permission decks, but one time we were playing with a guy playing a graveyard based deck.  He played something like {Mortivore}, so I tried to counter with a {Grip of Amnesia}.  He thinks about it for a bit, then decides to exile his gy.  I draw a card.  "{Counterspell}".    He was pretty pissed!

Lol my best was. I was playing in a tournament back around 3rd or revised. Was the 3rd match. I slow played getting beat down for awhile waiting on my fireball. I got a stream of life do I used that for about 10 life he forked it. A few turns later I got my fireball and blasted him for over 30 points. He ripped up his cards in hand and stormed out.
