I know I've posted a lot of new topics today. I promise this is the last one for a while. What are some cards that get benefits when you discard a card from your hand? Even by a seprate effect.

{Basking Rootwalla}, not exactly what you're asking, but a helluva awesome card with a hilarious keyword.

Ya look in the time spiral block. Madness was such a fun ability!

I want to build a red/blue deck and win...by looting. Fill it full of cards that get benefits from discarding. And looters to provide constant discarding + a constant supply of cards to discard. I had this idea all of a sudden and now really want to build it

"opponent controls" is what it says. Plus, it's not even in the colors I suggested

If I would design a deck like this. I'd make it an alchemist deck. Because (at least in the full metal alchemist anime) alchemy is about understanding ( blue), deconstructing (red) and reconstructing matter (also blue). Plus, it seems about not being limited by what something already is, which is also red.

I realize now that this may not have been the best choice of words. And I am sorry if I hurt anyone's feelings.

Is there cards in red/blue that give you advantage when there in the graveyard like {dearly departed} does. Not the same effect, just stuff that benefits you from the grave
