My deck once gatecrash comes out.  Win conditions: Door to nothingness, entreat the angels for a lot and attack next turn, doorkeeper opponents deck.  Enter the infinite and omniscience for fun

This has potencial to be a solid deck, but if your playing against rakdos nowadays, (and if you include the new battalion effect to throw in with hellrider) then you will lose fast.  Before I go any further into the deck, I must ask you a question. (I use this standard for all my decks and trust me it works) Will this deck win me the game by turn 3-4?  If so amazing deck,   5-6 is acceptable and will win quite a bit but the record will be a little above an even win/loss ratio. 7-8 is unacceptable and you will lose most of the time.  I'm looking forward to your reply! :)

This is combo, youre talking like an aggro player. I top 8 regularly in a 30-60 people fnm including 8 of the state's top players. I havent one a game before turn 7 since rotation.

I probably am talking like an aggro player,  thanks for telling me, haven't played control since rotation either.  Control was good for me then... Good luck with the deck though! :)

All those defenders and Axebane guardians... Have you considered {Galvanic Alchemist}? Infinite mana combo if you soulbind it with Axebane and have 3 other defenders. Would allow you to cast your {Entreat the angels} for 1000 angels, or even add other X spells as win conditions, like {Devil's Play} or {Increasing Confusion}. Someone posted a defender mill deck on here using this and increasing confusion and {Sands of Delerium}. I built it because i loved the concept, and have to say its probably the most fun I've had playing standard.

i posted a similar deck to the one Gorzo mentioned and I was gonna add door to nothingness, ill bump it after I update

I'd add {alchemist's refuge} for {entreat the angels} and {door to nothingness} so you can cast them on your opponents turn and then attack/sac on your next turn.

Updated by changing entreat the angels for devil's play ( so I don't get supreme veredicted and lose the angels)
