Any suggestions? I'm obviously a huge fan of Orzhov so I plan on this deck getting better and better at the release of Gatecrash!

I'll start with 22 land and entreat in the same deck. That's a giant red flag. New players always run too few lands and it's biggest mistake that I see most people make. I'll let others chime in for you.

Ok so i'll also tell you that liliana and only 7 swamps doesn't work well together. Tablet is just a really bad card. It's a waste of deck space. Gatecrash has some neat orzhov cards coming that you might like if you haven't seen the spoiler thus far.

With only 7 swamps you will have a hard time ever getting  {Geralf's Messenger} out. Maybe some  {Isolated Chapel} and bump your land count to 24. Looks fun, I'm a huge fan of black and white decks.
