Windows 8 pro upgrade

I have a upgrade that I would trade for MTGO tickets or real life cards.  Nothing is wrong with it I bought this for my Mac then shortly relized it was an upgrade and not the actual system. This is a 200 buck upgrade in stores however I am only asking for a 100 in trade.  Thanks.
