Is this supposed to be a 60 card commander deck or something?

No it's just a casual deck with a lot of dredge, regen, scavenge, deathtouch. Korozda Guildmage has some great abilities, same with Deathrite Shaman.

Hence the referance to commander, the only format where you can succesfully play a deck with 1-ofs of everything o.o

Its ok we all were. I still kind of am. I just read articles, bugged people with questions, and built 10000 decks until i at least understood what i was doing whether or not i did it right.
