Modern speed

In about a week or 2 my local Fnm is doing modern and I was wondering how fast it is usually won, and also any mono black vampire combos that win in 3-4 turns

{Sanguine Bond} {Exquisite Blood} + any way to heal or do damage = win
Modern tournaments are as a fact faster than most other formats, because you have combo decks which win turns 4-5-6 and then you have Soul Sisters or Jund grinding you out and then swooping in on a {Tarmogoyf} or {Serra Ascendent} for the win.

Yeah infect is a killer, I don't honestly know of any ways you can stop infect with a mono black vampire deck, sorry! Just throw your weaker vampires in front of the infect creatures I guess.

HEAVY removal, i mean buttloads of it. {burn the impure}is nifty, but ya lots of any type of removal will shizz infect pants...

Sources: my infects deck, which loses to removal no contest usually...
