More {Sun Titan} targets.
Otherwise you may as well have a {Frost Titan} instead.

More than 20 lands or you will never drop the titan

Yeah, I forgot that {Geist of Saint Taft} was so cheap.  (To cast, that is.)

Agreed

I am running 24 land in a very similar deck and I am considering 25 land to help gaurantee a land drop each turn for my Titan and {sudden disappearance}.

The Titan drop I understand, I'm not so sure about the sudden dissaperance tho. It is a board wipe....sort of... And it costs so much mana. Often times I feel it is just better to drop Gideon and making them attack it for one less mana. I would run Gideons instead of sudden dissapearance.

I know it's been done over and over around here, but if you're playing {Geist of Saint Traft} and thinking about {Sudden Dissapearance}, then {Sundial of the Infinite} would be my suggestion too.
