I have two Rabbles I can trade in, should I trade both in now or one now and one later? Or does the latter seem too greedy?

This freaked me out also, so I looked around the interwebs and couldn't find any mention of a successful Rabblemaster in legacy. I might have missed something, but I don't think I did. Also, sell now, $20 is crazy for a rare and a buy-a-box promo. Rabblemaster won't last at this price, its just hype.

I think that card is hyped.  I don't think it is that great.  Sure it can copy PW but it would not really be a great move to copy your PW and what is to say you will have an opportunity to copy your opponents PW and if you do....will that PW really help your deck?

I'd hold  {Goblin Rabblemaster} until after the PT. It's going to see play there and at that point you should be able to move them at cash for close to their current mid. Too many decks are abusing it...

I pulled one rabblemaster...bought one for 13 and traded for two when mid was 12ish...so I could use them in a deck...so I'll hang on to mine

It's an EDH card so the foil will stay reasonably the same I doubt it'd increase.

That's a cool Garruk. Oops, now I have one. Oops, now yours is in the graveyard.
Pretty much any planeswalker in Standard is good to copy - but it's not just for PWs. The only problem it has is that it's essentially only useful when you're behind on board state, which is a place no one (obviously) wants to be.
