Don't think so. It basically is what it is, so to speak. Legacy Reanimator knows about it, EDH knows about it, Standard Frites knows about it. Unless something amazing comes along to cheat it out early, it's unlikely to move.

Of course I've heard of ways to cheat {Avacyn, Angel of Hope} into play. What I'm saying it, those cards already exist and Avacyn is the price she is...so I don't see her price going up.

{Temporal Mastery} is another case of a known commodity. It seems unlikely that they'd print a card to cheat Miracles into play either (in standard)

What you have to understand when you talk about price increases, is what Standard and Modern are doing. Legacy prices rise over time, the further we get from set print runs.
