Next and previous buttons

I figured out that after i log in, the below issue is non existent. However, browsing as a guest without logging in still seems to be this way.

This is ridiculous that I can't figure this out so thanks for any help you can offer me. When I'm cycling through the forums, I get to the bottom where it has the previous page button, the page x/x display and the next button, and I can't get to the next page because the bottom navigation bar is covering the button I would tap to do this. What am I missing?
