Hermit Blast deals X damage to target creature or player, where X is the number of cards you own in exile.

Or

Gorzo the Mad King
Legendary creature - Human Advisor

Trample.
Gorzo the Mad King's power and toughness are each equal to the total number of cards in exile.
Exile target permanent you control, {T}: Exile Target Permanent.

How about an enchantment that reverses the order in which the stack resolves? That would make for some fun games.
Of course, stacks don't happen all that often...

Or, how about a card that makes your deck your life total. And for each life point you lose, you discard the top card of your deck. But your deck is still your deck, so mill cards would still work

I believe there is a card that is your deck becomes your life total. But I think it's a sorcery
