It's way to slow and you do not have enough to devour. Cards like {Dragon Fodder} and {Krenko's Command} are what you want because they can stall and then give you plenty of creatures to be devoured. Other things like {Lannowar Elves} and {Elves of Deep Shadow} and {Birds of Paridise}. Or even {Rhada heir to Keld}. These can help you cast things much more quickly and instead of ultimatum you might want {Lightnin Bolt} and {Terminate}.
