Thing under username

So what's with the user/boss thing under people's usernames? I'm curious as to what it means

Mine says boss 0

From what we've all gathered, Boss means you bought everything for the app, and User means you haven't. The number is your karma.

Why is there no "Troll" option?  On the desktop forum, you can give +1 with like and -1 with troll, but that isn't on here.
