Did Obama end the war in Iraq?  Did he propose nearly 500 Billion in cuts to defense that the Pentagon agrees with?  Did he set a timeline to pull out of Afghanistan?

Here let me answer those questions.....yes and yes and yes....so how is that not decreasing military spending? Oh that's right the republican's want to force the defense spending down the Pentagon's throat even though the Pentagon, like they said under Bush, do not need the money......but hey let's just blame Obama for that too.

As someone who was in Iraq at the time, in combat ironically at the same time he gave the speech saying that combat had ended in Iraq..and whom knows people  that have been deployed to Iraq in the last couple months, I have to say no, no, and no to your questions. What the media reports and what really is are rarely the same.

I prefer facts to theories, but I am definitely starting to feel that way. Ever since the really shady events surrounding the Kennedy assassination and the red shield response.

I served in Iraq in 2005-2006.  The fact is the mission is a lot different then it was when I was there.  There is a much smaller force as well.  I am not going to argue this anymore though so...

What do we need a military for? Waging more illegal wars around the globe? They spend billions and trillions on weapons contracts with war profiteers. Obama has done nothing, and I mean NOTHING to decrease military spending. He's only increased it and gotten us into another war.

What your mother and father think about as "Democrat" and "Republican" never existed. Barrack Obama is the greatest republican president ever.

As "conservative" republican as George W. Bush was did he: a) Repeal Roe v. Wade?, b) Lower taxes at all?, c) Deregulate anything? He's a crony capitalist like Obama. It's just Coke vs Pepsi people, just 2 choices. If you don't want soda, too bad.

How would you like to be blown up by a terrorist while on a plane?  Biologically attacked and killed?  Blown up by an atom bomb?  Enslaved and mistreated?  Murdered because you don't believe in whatever religion? 

Think about the people who have to face that every day.  They can't do much to help themselves.  Wouldn't you want someone else to help you?  The world would be a better place if we just helped our neighbors. This includes your next door neighbors, your neighbors half way around the world and any one else for that matter. 

Do unto others as you would have done for your self.

When has the ticking time bomb ever occurred? When does people metaphorically being blown up on a plane ever refer to people being blown up in real life? We are, as Americans, killing innocent people. If you support the military (which I do, only because I don't like dead people) you support murder.
