"Boss" does indeed mean the user "bought it all." Confirmed by Piotr in the help section, just thought I'd let you folks know.

For the record, I find it incredibly funny that Piotr himself is not listed as a "boss," because he probably didn't need to purchase his own app's features

Don't know. It's a new feature, I'm sure it's still being perfected. Could be something as simple as purchasing everything indivually and not in the buy-all bundle or something
