Need Help 60 cards, 0 sideboard 3 {Swamp} 5 {Island} 4 {Plains} 3 {Glacial Fortress} 3 {Isolated Chapel} 3 {Drowned Catacomb} 2 {Moorland Haunt} 23 lands 3 {Lyev Skyknight} 4 {Judge's Familiar} 3 {Skymark Roc} 3 {Snapcaster Mage} 2 {Evil Twin} 15 creatures 2 {Azorius Charm} 3 {Syncopate} 2 {Dissipate} 2 {Sever the Bloodline} 4 {Think Twice} 3 {Lingering Souls} 3 {Unsummon} 3 {Feeling of Dread} 22 other spells Sideboard Notes: I have this deck put together, do you think at all it would work for a FNM?

You don't like {Evil Twin}, {Sever the Bloodline}, or {Lingering Souls}?

{evil twin} is a terrible card right now in this format. I recommend either cutting black for more draw, control, or dudes. OR add {Knight of infamy}, {duress}, {mind rot}, and/ or {sorin, lord of innistrad}. Those are the black additions I can think of right now, but I'm fairly certain I am missing some.

I still don't see how Twin is bad, so many creatures to copy, and he trumps {Clone} by far.

I still don't see how Twin is bad, so many creatures to copy, and he trumps {Clone} by far.

One could suggest that {Clone} is better because its splashible (only {U}). If you're using it for what I think you are (destroying Legendary creatures) then it's ability is irrelevant, and holding you back.

{Detention Sphere} = better then {Sever the Bloodline} for this type of deck, does almost the same thing, effects more then creatures (enchantments, artifacts, planeswalkers) and is cheaper.

Flashback on {Lingering Souls} you can splash like 3 {Drowned Catacombs} and 1 {Swamp}. That way you can focus on 4 {Glacial Fortress} and 4 {Hallowed Fountain}. Screwing up the mana base for 3 spells that have an equivilant in {U}{W} is counter productive.

Add more {Dissipate} or {Syncopate}. {Clone} effects are the absolute opposite way to take care of those creatures.

You can scratch at this idea all you want, but do you really want to spend the next 3 months waiting to be able to chop down the competition? Maybe you should revisit this idea when you atleast know (or have a good idea of) what tools are on their way.
