So I'm thinking about running an azorious enchantment deck that features {bruna, flight of alabaster}, {ethereal armor}, {righteous authority} and lots of enchantments/card draw.

Is it viable/competitive? Or is it just a casual deck?

No bruna is way slow. Focus more on aggro with invisible stalker an fencing ace. With the ace out turn 2. Ur turn 3 put 3 ethereal armor on for the win. I have a deck list I'll be posting soon.

It would certainly be entertaining.  {Pacifism}  {Oblivion Ring}  {Detention Sphere}  {Sphere of Safety}  {Thought Scour}  {Sphinx's Revelation}
{Inaction Injunction} and some creatures with detain along the way and you might have a chance.

Bruna is a lot of fun!  I play her as a commander in an EDH deck that uses a ton of traw to gather auras. Competive?  Not sure.
Sounds like a cool idea tho. Some tips.
{Reliquary Tower}
{Ethereal Armor}
{Righteous Authority}

I wouldn't play {Righteous authority}. Play
{ethereal armor}
{Spectral Flight}
{Detention sphere}
{Oblivion ring}
{Sphere of safety}
{Invusible Stalker}
{Fencing ace}
And splash green for
{Rancor}

I love the idea of {Sphere of Safety}, with {Rancor} and {Ethereal Armor}, other cheap enchantments. I've always been a fan of {propaganda}. (From my favorite set Tempest)
