Even though it looks like a lot if you load it on deck builder, I just got it for $15 on tcgplayer.

Its more that i can't think of any good cards to add, and if i did, i wouldn't know what to take out.

A play set of {dragonskull summit} would bring you right up to budget. Could get a play set for $8-12.
