Love the flicker effects you have! Alternate win cons are a neccesity in a bow wow (as I call it) deck, and looks like you have plenty. Ya gotz teh stall, ya gotz teh removal, the electors, the creatures, as well as battle of wits itself.

It really works wonders!
I would like to add phantasm Spiral thing you got going but im unsure how id add {Mystical retrival} or similar... Maybe {codex shredder} but i dont know how to get anything back from the gy if its already in there without splashing red...
The only way now would be {angel of serenity} into {Runic repetition} ;D
Even chromatic lantern is a real longshot.

Why not run 4 {Staff of Nin}?
Also I suggest running {Psychic Spiral} and  {Elixir of Immortality} to replenish your deck and to give you either another wincon or just more life to help you last.
