Ok people I'm tired of the price diffence with cards you need to remember that the site this app uses is a store and any store that is out to make money is going to place a high $ mark on new cards for real prices look at eBay lowest buy it now that's the real price example rakdos return 10-11 all day long lotleth troll 7.75-9 all day. So people please be more informed when u make an offer. Now I'm not blasting tcg on other stuff that's not new there pretty spot on but please price your rtr with other means.

Yea I had one guy wanting 15 for a promo lingering souls

His reasoning was it was promo so it's limited, but 12 extra dollars? No sir, sit down.

I don't care what this site says I go off starcity for all trades. It's the most common I don't care what other shops are selling for and if you want to use that price go buy it then and stop trading.

What does it matter as long as both players use the same source? It doesn't, unless you are trying to pay cash only. If everyone uses the average pricin of this app (which is very common) shouldn't really be any dispute.

Star city is the most fair accurate price. I agree.

My thoughts exactly.

I find TCGplayer is generally the lowest average price and most consistent price.  eBay is hit or miss and the prices fluctuate just as much if not more than TCG or other sites.

I am just curious how you can complain about someone else when I gave you an offer on something that matched eBay and TCG but you still valued it more without a reference to merit your asking price????

😂😂😂😂

Mhmmm maybe I will hit a wrong string by my post...

But if u r trading cards for cards then it doesn't matter which shop u will choose as a price list standard... The only one thing that matters is change ratio...
And that will be almost same even if u would use the most expensive shop's price-list... Only both have to use the same...;)

I hope u got me... that I expressed me clear... if not I can give u few examples...:D

I had a valid price for the wasteland I already have offers for over what I asked from you so stop Bering salty abought it and I just saying that its the new stuff that is priced unfairly on this site. Just compare the prices people that's all I'm saying. If you want to use this app then go for it but when I price new cards I use eBay even for the stuff I'm trading like overgrown I valued it at  13 were its around 15 or more on most sites. And if your trading rtr cards for other rtr cards it won't matter but if you are trading older cards for rtr your getting ripped off if you are the owner of the old cards. Look it up you can see for your self but no one should pay more for these cards then what there worth and if you want to be lazy or ignorant to the fair market value of these cards then enjoy the loss you suffer in a month or so when the format becomes stapled with one kind of deck makeing cards that arnt In It worthless.

That's the great thing about magic. Not everyone values the cards the same because of cards played in specific markets. Prices of NEW cards fluctuate because of standard. Plenty of cards plummet after cards rotate unless they have an impact in other formats. Most people just tend to use value of a card at this point in time. If you want to trade an {entreat the angels} {jace architect of thought} for a {gaes cradle} the person getting cradle is no doubt getting the better deal since the cradle will retain its value because of its play in legacy.

Tldr, trade a card for its value now in a equal standard of measurement (troll and toad, SCG, TCG, etc) and as long as you both agree, sweet.

Card value is relative IMO. I have three trafts that I value a lot higher then most sights say. You have an idea on what you want to value your cards and so do they. If you guys don't agree oh well.  It's still a free market and people can make choices.

Personally, to me all this sounds like is you didn't get what you wanted from a trader and now you are upset and raging about it. As long as you use the same pricing it doesn't really matter regardless of new or not. You are almost sounding childish by complaining that someone didn't value the cards the same way you did.

Mhmm but honestly you cannot apply any price-lists on trans-format trades... It is always more on traders, their sense for trading and game, how they are willing to trade with cards... Cannot imagine that I would give u {Taiga} for two {Jace, Architect of Thoughts}.
