I figured this was the typical layout for white human.   Any suggestion?

I would cut some of the higher-casting cards like {Sun Titan}, {Dearly Departed}, {Slayer of the Wicked}.

What should I replace them with

{mirran crusader}. Also drop to 20 land if you get rid of the higher mana costs.  Other considerations
{mentor of the meek} {accorder paladin}

It seems like everything costs too much for it to be a weenie deck. I think you should have 4 {champion of the parish} and some other 1 or 2 drops else you will play 1 card on turn 1 then wait 4 turns for your next card.
