I just wondered as they enter as 1/1s but because I have the  {Intangible Virtue}s they enter as 3/3s? That would make sense

The answer to your problem is {spiny starfish} then they're 2/3's and you can get your cards!

No, when the trigger for MOM checks the power of the spirits, they are already 3/3. No draw.

My mistake.  You are correct.  There is an example in the mentor's rulings and I read it wrong.
