Not according to this app. It's common or Timeshifted, depending on which one you mean.

No.  It's a Timeshifted.

What I'm trying to say is that Timeshifted is it's own type of rarity.  It's not mythic, rare, uncommon, or common.  That's why it's purple.

One timeshifted card per Time Spiral booster pack.  So, in terms of "How hard are they to get?" you could consider them rare.  In terms of "How awesome are they?", lets just say they TimeShifted {Squire}.
