I'm torn on this one. The decks that need it most (I.e. white weenies) have a hard time using it. On the other hand, it has potential to change games.

It's like Russian roulette, but a 4/4 flier for 4mana is always worth the risk. I like the extra card also, but opponent also gets to draw which I dislike. Overall I think he is playable.

Meh...a bit expensive and because it wipes almost all permanents unless you are running an Esper or Murica Control I wouldn't recommend it.
