Value at about $11ish? That's what I'm seeing around anyway. I have a Cavern of Souls, if you want to add anything to bring it up to that. Liliana vess would be useful.

Yea that's what I was thinking. Don't need any caves. Can't really think of much I am looking for maybe a playset 3rd edition {hypnotic specters} and other random stuff to add up
