Depletion of Life (quick)

I thought these two cards would work well together. {Ad Nauseam} and {Soul Conduit}.  If you have a few lands out or artifacts that produce mana then you can get the Soul Conduit out 1st.  Next play Ad Nauseam.  Get your life down to 5 or less then tap to exchange life totals.  You could finish the player off by a creature or a burn for the win.  I'm sure there are many other rates to use with these cards but thought this could be a great combo.  What y'all think?

{Magus of the Mirror} can serve as Conduits 5-8 too.

That would be quicker.  At least if anyone knew of that card you could throw them off with using the other two.
