Cheap hand made packs

IMO, I wouldn't do repacks. I mean, the most common repacker gets six boxes, opens them, keeps the valuable rares, then ships the rest off for repacks.

Well for the most part yea that happens but I don't mean packs like that. My lgs has people that don't know anything about older sets or card value volentering to make these packs.... I've done it myself and held like$ 100 revised dual lands that where just chillin in there collection. And obviously they are not checking cards considering the {personal tutor} for 3 bucks and it's not the first time I've found like mirage rares and ice age pain lands like {adakar wastes}....

Got two more of these packs today... One blue and one white and guess what I hit...

My lgs is retarded I think... Not worth much I know but they tell you you won't get rares in those packs.... Such a lie
