Endless ranks

If I have 3 {Endless Ranks of the Dead} and 10 zombies out, would the Endless ranks cause me to get 5 zombies for all 3 or 5, then 7, then 11?

Five, seven, eleven. Each Ranks triggers separately and they check how many zombies are on the field when they resolve.
