I think this looks solid and very fun.  I am kinda unimpressed with your choice of the 15 other spells.  O-ring is nice in standard but for 3 CMC I think you can find better alternatives in casual.  Definetly run {lightning bolt} over spear.  {fling} is cool to double dip the damage tho 👍. {undying evil} is fine if your play group runs a lot of removal but if not I would add something else......maybe more burn spells.
