Goal is mainly to pump out as many tokens as I can and get Cather's crusade to pump everyone up.

Any suggestions or tips?

Why not go green also to put in {paralell lives} to put more tokens out there are also other cards that could help, {Geist honored monk} works well also I run W/G tokens and just made a B/G token the other day

I like adding a couple monks, but what would I take out if I added green?

I would add in {Isolated chapels} for a splash of black and replace {Midnight Haunting}'s with {Lingering Souls}
